Option 1: Ask your family doctor for a refferal letter
Option 2: Visit Health Medical Plus to get an appointment with one of our family doctors, ask for a refferal
Option 3: use TELUS Health MyCare to get a virtual appointment (call or video) with a family doctor and ask for a refferal
